Thorium One is involved in various commercial opportunities related to thorium.
Thorium One’s objectives are to achieve one or more of the following:
Long Term:
- Build an integrated, international clean energy company
- Lead the world in safe, clean, thorium-based nuclear fuel on a vertically-integrated scale
- Control the lowest-cost supplies of thorium and associated by-products
Intermediate Term:
- Develop a marketplace for an advanced nuclear fuel cycle that uses thorium
- Bring low-cost, environmentally-responsible thorium deposits into production, including valuable by-products
Short Term:
- To JV, acquire or merge with companies that own IP rights over advanced thorium fuel designs
- To prove the enhanced efficiency and safety of thorium fuel designs on a commercial scale
- Acquire properties and stockpiles containing large concentrations of low-cost, high-grade thorium
- Control >1 billion pounds of resources
- Raise sufficient capital
- List company’s shares on a recognized stock exchange
