Gold One International Limited
Gold One International Limited is an Australian and African gold producer listed on the financial markets operated by ASX Limited (the Australian Securities Exchange) and JSE Limited (the Johannesburg Stock Exchange) (issuer  code GDO). The company was created via inward listing of Gold One – formerly BMA Gold -  on the JSE and the subsequent acquisition by Gold One of all the issued ordinary shares in Aflease by way of a scheme of arrangement. The company’s vision is to be the preferred gold exploration, development and mining company, aiming to provide superior returns to investors in global markets, supportive of junior gold mining companies. The company believes that value accretive geographical diversification is also key to managing risk and in line with this strategy will continue to review opportunities in its targeted destinations of Australia, North America and Southern Africa.

Gal Luft, PhD.
Gal Luft is executive director of the Institute for the Analysis of Global Security (IAGS) a Washington based think tank focused on energy security and co-founder of the Set America Free Coalition, an alliance of national security, environmental, labor and religious groups promoting ways to reduce America's dependence on foreign oil. He specializes in strategy, geopolitics, terrorism, energy security and economic warfare.  Dr. Luft has published numerous studies and articles on security and energy issues in various newspapers and publications such as Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, The American Interest, Commentary Magazine, Middle East Quarterly, LA Times, The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal.  He appears frequently in the media and consults to various think tanks and news organizations worldwide.  Dr. Luft testified before committees of the U.S. Congress, including Senate Foreign Relations, House International Relations, House Science and the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission. He is a board member of the Center for Energy Defence and a member of the Society of Industry Leaders, the Committee on the Present Danger and other non-profit groups. He holds degrees in international relations, international economics, Middle East studies and strategic studies and a doctorate in strategic studies from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS,) Johns Hopkins University.

R. Stuart "Tookie" Angus
Mr. Angus is an independent senior business adviser to the mining industry. He was most recently Managing Director - Mergers and Acquisitions for Endeavour Financial. Prior to joining Endeavour Financial, he was a partner at the Canadian law firm Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and headed that firm's global mining practice. For over 25 years, Mr. Angus has focused on significant international exploration, development and mining ventures, and all aspects of their structuring and finance. Mr. Angus is also presently a director of Nevsun Resources Ltd. and Plutonic Power Corp.

Don Millar
Mr. Millar is the Founder and President of The Element Agency, an international political and business advocacy group based out of New York.  He is an effective and creative managers of public issue advertising and marketing strategy in North America.  He has developed and executed a wide array of advocacy and awareness campaigns in the United States and Canada for non-profit, environmental and political clients.

Grant Draper, MBA
Grant Draper is the Chief Operating Officer of The Element Agency, an international political and business advocacy group based out of New York.  Mr. Draper directs the planning and research efforts for Element Agency.  Prior to Element Agency, Mr. Draper established Eliot Spitzer's online fundraising, political organizing and communications program.  He worked in the New York investment banking community prior to assisting Spitzer.  Mr. Draper holds a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University in New York.

Mr. Praveen K. Varshney, C.A.
Mr. Varshney obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in 1987.  Following that, he was with KPMG from 1987 to 1991 where he obtained his C.A. designation in 1990.  He is a member and past President of the Vancouver chapter of The Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and a founding director of the Vancouver chapter of The IndUS Entrepreneurs (TiE).  Mr. Varshney also is on UBC's Sauder School of Business Faculty Advisory Board, a Director of The Vancouver Board of Trade, and a past recipient of Business in Vancouver's 40 Under 40 Awards.  He is also a director of the Varshney Family Charitable Foundation, a BC Social Venture Partner and on the advisory board of Room to Read - Canada.
